We analysed their existing recruitment data, identifying trends and inefficiencies, and provided actionable insights. This highlighted where CSG could optimise their candidate sourcing strategies and improve overall recruitment outcomes.

Then we set to examine CSGʼs workflows, proposing the introduction of automation and to assist in reworking processes to eliminate redundant tasks. We fully integrated our platform with CSGʼs existing CRM system creating a unified ecosystem for talent acquisition, enabling seamless data exchange and reducing the need for duplicate data entry.

The partnership led to a significant transformation programme designed to enhance recruitment efficiencies, allowing CSGʼs recruiters to focus on high-value tasks rather than getting bogged down by manual processes. We have the opportunity to reduce Operational costs as redundant tasks can be eliminated and make better use was made of existing resources. Finally data analytics can shift CSG towards a data-driven approach, enabling more informed decisions and strategically target their recruitment efforts.
